We only deliver to specific addresses, not to PO Boxes. Our deliveries to Switzerland are made through different shipping companies, and are free of charge.
Delivery times
Except for exceptional circumstances, deliveries usually take between 6 and 7 business days once the order is shipped. Deliveries may take a day longer than usual, especially at certain times of the year such as Christmas, Easter, holidays and during the sales season.
Import taxes
All our deliveries to Switzerland are subject to additional charges for import duties or similar. In the event that the courier or Border Control claims for the payment of fees, they will have to be paid by the costumer.
Delivery tracking
Once the product has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. In the event that within 7 working days of placing the order we have not yet sent you this email with the follow-up, please contact us.
Different delivery & billing address
Remember that if you want to put a different delivery address than the billing one, you have to specify it when you give us the shipping details. Once the order is placed, it will always be more difficult to change the delivery details, although we will try. To do this, please contact us.
