We only deliver to specific addresses, not to PO Boxes. Our deliveries are made through different shipping companies, and are free of charge
Delivery times
Except for special circumstances, deliveries may take between 6 and 7 business days once the order is shipped. Deliveries to Asia & Australia may take between 15 and 20 days once the order is shipped, due to Border Controls, that may delay the delivery. Deliveries may also take some day longer than usual, especially in some more complicated times of the year such as Christmas, Easter, holidays and Sale period.
Import taxes
All our deliveries are subject to additional charges for import duties or similar. In the event that the courier or Border Control claims for the payment of fees, they will have to be paid by the costumer.
Delivery tracking
Once the product has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. In the event that within 7 working days of placing the order we have not yet sent you this email with the follow-up, please contact us.
Different delivery & billing address
Remember that if you want to put a different delivery address than the billing one, you have to specify it when you give us the shipping details. Once the order is placed, it will always be more difficult to change the delivery details, although we will try. To do this, please contact us.
