Should you wish to cancel a purchase, please contact us and we will try to contact the warehouse due to ship the goods, however we can't guarantee that this will be possible.
If the parcel is not already in transit, we will cancel and refund your purchase.
If the parcel is already on its way, unfortunately we can not cancel delivery, so if after receiving the goods you decide you do not want to keep them you may process a return request. Once the parcel gets back to us we will reimburse you (please note that our returns are usually processed within 14 working days after the receipt of the godos at our facility)
