Should you wish to cancel a purchase, please contact us and we will try to contact the warehouse due to ship the goods, however we can't guarantee that this will be possible.
If the parcel is not already in transit, we will cancel and refund your purchase.
If the parcel is already on its way, unfortunately we can not cancel delivery, however should you decide that you do not wish to receive the goods, you can simply refuse delivery. Once the parcel gets back to us we will reimburse you (please note that this can take between 5-10 working days after the date that we receive the parcel here.)
