You have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped (normally within 12 hours after placing the order) please ensure to indicate the order number you wish to cancel and if possible, we will action this and issue you a full refund.
However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel it. In this case, you will have to wait to receive the goods and then process as a return via the returns section in your account.
Cancellation due to an item becoming out of stock.
There is a timeframe between when you place the order and when we accept it, and the available inventory of an item can vary, should this occur we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.
