GLS Return Service
You may use our optional GLS return service if you are located in: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
GLS return service costs 7.95€ per pair, however if you purchase more than one item and return these together in the same parcel, you will only be charged 7.95€ for the first pair and 3€ for any consecutive pairs. This amount will be deducted from the price of the returned goods and you will be refunded the remaining amount.

Once you have done this you will receive an email with the information that you must attach to the parcel you wish to return and you may then drop it off at your selected GLS parcel shop.
It is very important that you ask the staff at the parcel shop to sign a copy of the return label document that you have printed as proof that you have returned the goods.
Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse and we have processed your return request you will receive a refund for the returned items.
Should you wish to receive an alternative size or style, please place a new order.
