How can I return a product?
You have 30 days from the reception of your purchase to return your order.
All products must be returned in their original box and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note.
The return of products that are not in perfect condition or show clear signs of use will not be accepted. In the unusual event that we should receive a returned item in poor condition or used, we will not accept the return and the product will be sent back to you.
We do not process exchange requests. You will receive a refund for any returned products and should you require an alternative style or size, to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you place a new order as soon as possible.
Find the order you need to return and indicate which items you will be sending back.
Once you have completed the steps, you will receive indications on how to proceed with your return to the same email address linked to your customer account.
Depending on your location, you will be advised to return the product using our optional GLS returns service or you will be told to simply return the product to a specific address which will be indicated to you via email, at your own expense with a courier of your selection.
*When available, GLS return service costs 7.95€ per pair, however if you purchase more than one item and return these together in the same parcel by using only 1 return label, you will only be charged 7.95€ for the first pair and 3€ for any consecutive pairs. This amount will be deducted from the amount refunded to you once the return is received, you do not need to pay this to GLS when you hand over your parcel.
