How can I return a product?
You have 14 days from the reception of your purchase to return your order
Orders placed between 03/12/24 and 31/12/24 can be returned until 15/01/25
- All products must be returned in their original box and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note.
- The return of products that are not in perfect condition or show clear signs of use will not be accepted. In the unusual event that we should receive a returned item in poor condition or used, we will not accept the return and the product will be sent back to you.
- We do not process exchange requests. You will receive a refund for any returned products and should you require an alternative style or size, to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you place a new order as soon as possible.
To initiate the return process please log in to your account and select the Returns option.
If you do not have an account and shopped as a guest, please go to the footer of our homepage to process your return.
- Find the order you need to return and indicate which items you will be sending back. A wizard will guide you through this process.
- Once you have completed the steps, you will receive all the instructions to proceed with the return to the email linked to your customer account.
- Depending on your location, you will be advised to return the product using our optional GLS returns service, or you will be told to simply return the product to a specific address at your own expense, with a courier of your selection.
Where available, GLS return service costs 7.95€ per pair, however if you purchase more than one item and return these together in the same parcel, you will only be charged 7.95€ for the first pair and 3€ for any consecutive pairs. This amount will be deducted from the amount refunded to you once the return is received.
